Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY – HIDDEN LADAKH • To confirm your booking, a 30% advance payment is required. • The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Leh or before the commencement of the tour. • All rates are inclusive of driver allowance, toll taxes, parking charges, and applicable permits unless otherwise specified. • Cancellation made 30 days before arrival: 90% refund of the advance amount. • Cancellation made 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the advance amount. • Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival or no-show: No refund. • In case of road closures, weather conditions, natural calamities, landslides, flight cancellations, political disturbances, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the guest. • Any unused services, missed sightseeing, or early departures are non-refundable. • Changes in itinerary due to weather or government restrictions will be arranged to the best possible extent, subject to availability and additional charges, if any. • Guests are advised to carry valid government-issued ID proof and travel insurance. • Hidden Ladakh reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary in the interest of safety and smooth operation of the tour.
